OBJECTIVE: To generate new employment opportunities by connecting vulnerable entities and groups

DESCRIPTION: INNOVA-EMPLEO is presented with the intention of serving as a link between people, entities and associations of the third sector that work to improve the socio-labor insertion of those groups that are difficult to insert, so that together they can improve the employability of the group. On the other hand, it aims to serve as an innovative instrument in which, through methodologies and content adapted to the people and the economic, social and environmental characteristics of each territory, it is possible to dynamize the challenges set by each SDG to make them more achievable, accessible and participatory.

INNOVA-EMPLEO will carry out local innovation experiences for employment in Galicia, Extremadura and Andalusia that will consist of:

· Training adapted to people who are difficult to integrate into “Dynamic agents of the SDGs”, focusing on the social, economic and environmental characteristics of each area of action identified in the project.

· Networking for the search for employment opportunities.

· Personal Branding and CV 2.0 sessions aimed at improving the visibility of the unemployed people participating in the project within the labour market, helping them to find a job opportunity related to the green/blue economy.

The project has the collaboration of the PNMT of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia, the ASANSULL Association dedicated to the care of people with disabilities in Cádiz and the INSERTUS entity dedicated to the consultancy of environmental, cultural and creative projects.

AIMED AT: Unemployed people from Cádiz (Andalusia), Badajoz and Cáceres (Extremadura), and A Coruña and Pontevedra (Galicia)
