OBJECTIVE

To train entrepreneurs who wish to develop and consolidate employability in the local and sustainable agri-food sector

DESCRIPTION

The Engrana project is a training programme that has the support of the Empleaverde Programme of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge and is co-financed by the European Social Fund. It is organized by Germinando, a non-profit cooperative that works in research, advice and support for entrepreneurship, with extensive experience in national projects related to local food systems, agroecology and the social economy.

Engrana has four lines of action: training, consultancy, learning communities and meetings. The four lines of action add up to a total of 253 hours (147 online and 106 face-to-face), divided into 10 mixed actions, of which three are remote. It is developed in 5 modules in which administrative, bioterritorial and economic issues, among others, will be addressed. Among the training actions that will be given, the following should be highlighted: Learning Communities (CAPs), initiatives that constitute spaces for collective innovation and that aim to guide participants about common needs such as joint marketing or collective logistics centres. The aim is to train 70 entrepreneurs (60 in the Community of Madrid and 10 in Extremadura).

Those who sign up for Engrana alsoThey will enjoy inspiring meetings in which they will be able to learn about national and European projects in detailto enrich their ventures. The entities Planeta Alecrim, from Portugal, and Fablim, from France, will contribute their knowledge to provide innovative tools to the participants in the training program. The training is free.
