Thus, the Project was born as a new business model that aims to fight against the situation of social exclusion suffered by these women from an active approach, trying to achieve their socio-labor insertion through the creation of jobs in the textile sector combining the performance of work with training measures, accompanied by psychological assistance and provision of resources that allow their total autonomy and personal and social development. trying to gradually reduce their dependence on welfare programs.
The percentage of participation of women in the project will be 100%, while the percentage of participation of other priority groups (sum of the rest of the groups except women) will be 100%.
