The ‘Network of Energy Consumer Information Points Project (PICE Network)’, beneficiary of the 2019 call of the Empleaverde Program of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MTERD) for the promotion and improvement of employment, entrepreneurship and the environment, resumes its 5 planned training actions and does so by changing the face-to-face modality for the distance modality.
In this way, from next June and until the end of the project, the 5 trainings planned within the framework of the project will be developed in the online modality, both through an educational platform that allows the flexibility to access the course contents at the available times, and through live webinar sessions, that allow some of the contents of the course to be taught live.
The courses of the PICE Network project are free actions co-financed by the ESF to achieve quality training and employment.Who is it for?
The courses are aimed at workers in the public and private sector who work in municipal consumer information offices, town halls, social services, home care services, professionals such as those linked to housing management, property managers, architects, engineers, etc. and ultimately all those workers who are motivated to be trained in the field of better energy management and who want to have a complete training that allows them to know and inform about better energy management in the home.
In addition, the empleaverde Programme considers priority groups to be workers who belong to groups of women, people over 45 years of age, young people up to 35 years of age, immigrants, people with disabilities and people residing in protected areas and/or rural areas. Objective of the coursesThe online courses of20 hours long, they will train workers from different sectors as social energy managers, acquire the necessary tools to start upEnergy Consumer Information Points (PICE points) and thus can constitute a capillary network of information for citizens. The professionals trained through the projectPICE Network, who are already required for all this information, will be able to carry out this work in your own workplaces, adapting your schedule as a PICE point to your possibilities. As a result of all this, informed citizens will undertake improvements in energy efficiency, improve their well-being, save energy or access aid that will reactivate professionals and companies linked to these sectors.
