Medatlantia Consultoría Europea, S. Coop. Galega begins its “TELO NA MAN-CONECTA” program whose objective is to improve the skills of entrepreneurs residing in Galicia, Extremadura and the Balearic Islands through mutual learning with other actors in the European entrepreneurship ecosystem. The project will last 7 months in which 19 young people will improve their entrepreneurial skills through innovative training in environmental participatory leadership that will promote soft skills such as: Creativity, Innovation, Communication skills, Awareness of the richness of diversity, Critical thinking, Emotional intelligence and leadership. All these skills will allow them to go far beyond technical knowledge and will be able to use them throughout their professional lives, regardless of the sector in which they work, also allowing them to develop within the project Blue Economy or Green Economy initiatives with a positive environmental impact that will be promoted through support sessions and a training stay in Italy that will complement the programme with the creation of a European Network of leaders of sustainable entrepreneurship.

The recipients of TELO NA MAN-CONECTA, are young people with an interest in entrepreneurship and who want to promote the entrepreneurial skills most in demand in the current labor market and who are interested in the challenges and opportunities offered by the spaces of the Natura 2000 Network of Galicia, Extremadura and the Balearic Islands. The priority groups of the programme will be: women, people with disabilities, young people up to 35 years of age, over 45 years of age, immigrants and residents of protected areas and/or rural areas.

TELO NA MAN-CONECTA is a revolutionary commitment to participatory leadership as a generator of social and environmental change. This project is part of the empleaverde 2020 program, promoted by the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge and has the collaboration of the Youth Business Spain Foundation and EulabTEC, an Italian entity. All the actions of the programme are free and co-financed by the ESF to achieve quality training and employment.
