The4ES+ project A Plus of Excellence in Business and Social Energy Efficiency is born from SGS’s commitment to society and the environment. The project is supported by the Empleaverde Program, an initiative launched by theBiodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge through theEuropean Social Fund, in order toimprove green employment. With the development of the 4ES+ project, it is thus consolidated the environmental and social initiative in energy efficiency initiated in 2017, by the 4ES Excellence in Business and Social Energy Efficiency project, in which more than 80 professionals were trained and energy efficiency was promoted in nine environmental entities.

At SGS, as professionals in the energy field, we have the responsibility to pass on our knowledge and experience acquired over more than 20 years, to improve the training of new professionals in energy saving and efficiency.

The project aims to train active professionals, residents of Extremadura, Andalusia or the Region of Murcia, through the distance course: “Practical application of tools for excellence in energy saving and efficiency”.

This training has the option of carrying out tutored internships in environmental organizations, thanks to the 4ES+ Social Innovation initiative, so that the trained person has the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge acquired and participate in a social action improving the energy efficiency of the environmental organization.
