It is a training programme designed to train unemployed and intrapreneurs in rural areas of Extremadura, providing them with tools and knowledge in the circular economy to develop new circular initiatives.
The project combines theoretical and practical training with a learning by doing approach, facilitating the development of new business models aligned with sustainability, as well as strengthening the skills of unemployed participants to improve their employability in jobs related to the green and circular economy.
In addition to entrepreneurship, the programme also seeks to improve the employability of participants in sectors linked to the green and circular economy, providing them with the necessary skills to take advantage of job opportunities in areas such as waste management, renewable energies, eco-innovation or sustainable production.
The project has a duration of 24 months and will be carried out in various rural areas of Badajoz and Cáceres, contributing to the development of the local business fabric and promoting economic dynamism in the territory.
This project is co-financed by the ESF+ through the Empleaverde+ Programme of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
