The Government’s support for entrepreneurs is reinforced today with the approval of a Royal Decree Law that aims to promote growth and job creation.

Among the measures announced by Mariano Rajoy during the State of the Nation Debate, the heading of “stimulus to entrepreneurial activity” stands out, which includes a ‘flat rate’ of 50 euros in the Social Security contribution for entrepreneurs under 30 years of age and new self-employed in the first six months. that it would continue with a reduction in the minimum contribution base of 50% and, subsequently, in the following 18 months, a reduction and bonus of 30%, extended in women to 35 years of age.

Likewise, a measure will be promoted to make unemployment benefit compatible with entrepreneurship, so that for a maximum of nine months, the entrepreneur will be able to collect unemployment and be registered as self-employed.
