Head of Work (Part-Time Temporary) in the Communication Area

- Monitoring of the image of projects financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
- Management and support for the dissemination of projects.
- Drafting of press releases, news, articles, speeches, arguments, bulletins, etc.
- Editing, writing and updating of argumentation for prologues, speeches or speeches.
- Management, drafting and monitoring of institutional materials related to projects.
- Management and monitoring of the projects of the calls for aid linked to the
ERDF. - Management, organisation and supervision of events linked to the draft
calls coordinated by the FB. - Coordination with the different areas that manage calls for proposals for the dissemination of their projects and results.
- Updating of the web page (editing and writing of news, institutional materials, multimedia resources and projects).
- Monthly monitoring of results for indicator reporting.
- Relationship with the media to transfer the contents arising from these projects.
- Management of the prensaprtr@fundacion-biodiversidad.es email account and coordination with entities for the monitoring of their projects.
- Preparation of content for the Biodiversity
Foundation’s online media related to the actions of the projects. - Creation of reports, infographics, creatives, videos and materials expressly designed
with the results of the projects. - Preparation of press clipping of all the news that appear in the media related to the projects.
- Update of the Communication Plan and all the reporting materials related to these projects.
- Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, the Deputy Director and the Directorate.
- University degree (former Diploma and Bachelor’s degree) in Journalism or equivalent or in Earth Sciences (Biology, Environmental, etc.).
- Experience of at least 2 years in communication management linked to projects financed with European Funds.
- At least 3 years of experience in environmental and/or science communication management.
- Knowledge of English medium high (B2 or equivalent).
- Knowledge in video editing and photography.
- Training and knowledge in the management of social networks.
- Willingness to travel.
- Immediate incorporation.
- Fixed-term temporary contract with 50% PART-TIME, for the
execution of temporary programmes financed by European Union funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of HEAD. - Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
- Gross Annual Salary: €20,733.91 corresponding to part-time.
- Expected duration: until December 2029.
