A total of 375 votes have been received by the voting campaign to select through Twitter the winner of the “Special Mention of the Red emprendeverde Community” among the 16 finalists of the second edition of the Red emprendeverde Awards.
 
The contest, promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, through the Biodiversity Foundation, and co-financed by the European Social Fund, seeks to recognize and support those green entrepreneurs who stand out for their contribution to the sustainable economy, helping them to create and consolidate their company and recognizing their ideas and projects.
 
From July 21 to August 4, the participants in the voting campaign have shown their support for the finalist candidacies of the #PremiosRedemprendeverde in the two categories of competition, “Emprende en verde” and “Crece y consolídate en verde”.
 
The winner of the “Special Mention of the Red emprendeverde Community” will be announced along with the rest of the award-winning candidatures at the Red emprendeverde Awards gala to be held in Madrid during the last quarter of 2014. The 16 finalist candidatures and all the information about the contest can be consulted on the website of the Red emprendeverde.
