The aim is to obtain transversal, specialised professionals with consolidated knowledge of the most relevant subjects of the ecological transition.

• Advice on job placement to improve your organization or simply find work in the wide sustainability market.
• The second service consists of 25 online courses of 60 hours, which can be done at any time as they are asynchronous. A good opportunity to update specialized knowledge in sustainability to improve your professional skills.
• In addition, throughout the project, a series of face-to-face conferences will be held to share knowledge and current issues on the ecological transition.
• Finally, entrepreneurship courses will be developed with a triple objective, to help people interested in developing their self-employed professional career in the field of sustainability, to help unemployed people to explore this field, which is very synergistic with job placement, and to train technicians in entrepreneurship.

The results to be obtained from the project would be to transform university professionals, vocational training professionals and active workers from various disciplines, into leaders of the ecological transition through training in transversal and multidisciplinary aspects relevant to sustainability.

Specifically, 1,700 beneficiaries are expected to participate, whose transversal training facilitates both knowledge of the process of change in nature, society and the economy and training in this process of change.
