In the tenth installment of "Naturally" we chat with Pepa Muñoz, chef who runs "El Qüenco de Pepa". The success of his cuisine, recognized with a Michelin star, lies in the good treatment of the raw material, respect for the seasons, creativity and improvisation to invent dishes depending on the ingredients he collects daily from his garden. Pepa Muñoz is dedication, simplicity and sensitivity, which she has acquired over the years, since she was 9 when she cleaned squid and anchovies in the family business. At the age of 11 she was already helping her father in the kitchen of the bar he ran in Madrid, an experience that has led her today to be one of the most renowned chefs in our country.
