Presentation of the results of the LIFE A-MAR project

Celebration of the final event of the LIFE A-MAR Natura 2000 project, which has worked in the last five years to improve knowledge and value marine areas of the Natura 2000 Network in Italy and Spain with the aim of involving citizens in their conservation, including users linked to sectors such as tourism, tourism, tourism, tourism, fishing, diving, nautical-recreational or port authorities, among others.

The Biodiversity Foundation, of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) has been a partner of the project for the actions in Spain. The project has been coordinated by the Italian Federation of Natural Parks and Reserves (Federparchi – Europarc Italia) and Triton Research and Lipu have also been partners. Co-financiers have included the Asinara National Park, the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and the Cinque Terre National Park. It has had the financial contribution of the LIFE Program of the European Union.
