PINAFORM will carry out a new process for the recovery of post- and pre-consumer PET waste for its introduction as raw materials in the production of the company’s PET sheets and utensils for food contact, with the consequent reduction of the consumption of virgin raw material. To this end, an additional washing stage and new technology for the treatment of waste will be incorporated, ensuring the correct viscosity and colorimetry of the product throughout its life, increasing the quality of the secondary raw material.
