Sustainable manufacture of PVC profiles from recycled materials using advanced co-extrusion technologies
PRTR Call for Proposals Project
The objective of this project is to expand the co-extrusion capacity of the CORTIZO production facilities in Padrón, in order to expand the lines capable of integrating recycled material in the production of PVC profiles. The investment in the new co-extrusion lines and associated equipment will allow recycled material to be used in the inner layers of the profiles, thus reducing the use of virgin raw materials and improving the sustainability of the production process, by aligning with the principles of the circular economy and waste reduction.
