EMPODERA II: Specialization in sustainable solutions for green employment in rural areas

Empleaverde+ program

The proposal represents the sequence of the EMPODERA project, maintaining its focus on improving skills for green employment in rural contexts, but expanding its territorial scope, deepening the practical contents and strengthening the mechanisms of accompaniment and participation. The project extends to new rural regions in the territorial environment of the partner entities.

It is aimed exclusively at active workers in rural areas, especially women over 45 years of age and young people with jobs in transition, with the aim of strengthening their capacity to develop sustainable initiatives from their work or community environment. The general objective is to strengthen the capacity of these groups to integrate into sectors linked to climate adaptation and local sustainability, being a benchmark in the sector and promoting change, through practical training and advisory itineraries.
