  • Updating of the web page (editing and writing of news, institutional materials, multimedia resources and projects).
  • Writing press releases, news, articles, speeches, arguments, newsletters, etc.
  • Management, writing and monitoring of institutional materials (report, brochures).
  • Coordination with the Areas that manage calls for grants for the dissemination of their projects and results.
  • Monthly monitoring of results for the reporting of indicators.
  • Relationship with the media and updating of the media databases in the sector with which to work to transfer the content arising from these projects.
  • Creation of reports, infographics, creatives, videos and materials expressly designed with the results of the projects.
  • Preparation of press clipping of all news that appears in the media related to the projects.
  • Preparation of its own content to be disseminated in the digital environments of the Biodiversity Foundation.
  • Support in the execution of communication, awareness and environmental education actions of the LIFE projects in which the Biodiversity Foundation participates and other projects with European funding in which the Biodiversity Foundation participates.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination.
  • University Degree (former Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree) in Journalism or equivalent
  • Experience of at least two years in environmental and/or institutional communication work.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of online content management software applications (WordPress).
  • Average level of English (B2 or equivalent).
  • Experience in Social Media management.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Metricool.
  • Temporary contract (interim due to vacancy with the right to reserve a position) in accordance with current legislation, with the professional category of FIRST TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €33,873.65
  • Location of the workstation: headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation in Madrid
  • Initially planned duration: coverage of maternity leave plus breastfeeding and accumulated vacations, if applicable.
