The Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs (MARM) is taking part in this 70th Madrid book fair with its latest publishing novelties, both in environmental and agricultural matters, fisheries, rural development and food.
At the MARM stand you can find the recent publication “Iberian Climate Atlas”, the result of the Spanish-Portuguese collaboration, which includes the main climatological characteristics of the Iberian Peninsula, with the normal series of rainfall and temperatures from 1971 to 2000, based on observation data from meteorological stations and rainfall posts of the national networks of Portugal and Spain. This publication is presented with a CD in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Books dedicated to the landscapes and routes of Spain, as well as technical publications and others belonging to the Autonomous Organization of National Parks are available to the public attending the Book Fair.
From the Biodiversity Foundation you can find titles such as “What is biodiversity?” or “Ex situ conservation of the Iberian lynx: a multidisciplinary approach”.
