The deadline is December 7. Interested parties may make observations and allegations, and must address them to the Directorate-General for Sustainable Development of the Rural Environment of the Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs.

The Sustainable Rural Development Programme will be applied in 182 Spanish rural areas, proposed by the 17 autonomous communities that participate in its preparation. During the years between 2010-2014, a series of multisectoral and environmental measures and actions of a cross-cutting nature will be implemented.
