The Minister of the Environment, Cristina Narbona, will inaugurate next Monday, the 28th, the seminar “Water: from crisis to cooperation” to be held between August 28 and September 1 at the Menéndez Pelayo International University.
This seminar is part of the summer courses organized by the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) and aims to examine the water situation in Spain and in the world, dealing with issues such as international alliances, new uses, groundwater, risk forecasting, or territorial conformation.
The Minister of the Environment will conclude this day in Cantabria by attending in the afternoon the closing of the Conference on the Daughterhorn River held in La Casona, Reinosa, and presenting the actions that her Ministry is going to carry out together with the Government of Cantabria in the Daughterar River in order to recover it environmentally.
