Elena Espinosa was sworn in today as Minister of the Environment, Rural and Marine Affairs, in a ceremony in which she was accompanied by the First Vice-President of the Government and Minister of the Presidency, María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, by the Second Vice-President of the Government and Minister of Economy and Finance, Pedro Solbes and by the Minister of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, Miguel Sebastián, among other authorities.
