Incubaeco 2013, a training and advice programme for early-stage eco-entrepreneurs promoted by the Incubaeco platform, kicked off today at the headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation.
Until Friday, April 5, the ecoentrepreneurs who participate will have the opportunity to network, attend work tables and talks given by mentors. Attendees will have tools to turn their business idea into a project with methodology from the United Nations Environment Programme, valid for any green sector.
The event has been organized with the support of the Biodiversity Foundation and the United Nations Environment Programme. Incubaeco 2013 is part of the so-called ‘Spring of eco-entrepreneurs’, which started on March 8 with the I Greenweekend developed by Enviroo in Madrid. A weekend among eco-entrepreneurs to give the first impulse to your idea and network
Incubaeco 2013 is the next milestone: a training and advice programme for eco-entrepreneurs whose initiative is in the idea phase. From April 1 to 5 the format is face-to-face, but throughout the month of April and until June entrepreneurs will have personalized online advice.
The third event this Spring is “El Hueco Energy Starter”, a meeting organized by CEDER-CIEMAT and El Hueco and which will be held on May 10 and 12. It is a weekend for “energy” eco-entrepreneurs, specifically for those whose projects are alternative energies and/or energy efficiency.
Ashoka, Fundación CONAMA, Madrid Emprende, Red de Emprendedores Sociales, Hub Madrid, CINK Emprende, Asociación de Ciencias Ambientales and the Instituto Superior del Medio Ambiente, among others, are some of the entities involved in Incubaeco 2013.
