The Director General of the Biodiversity Foundation is participating in the “I International Meeting on Isolated Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon”, which is being held from November 8 to 11 in Belém, Brazil.

The objective of this meeting is to present the state of the situation of isolated peoples in the region. This project aims to promote the creation of legal mechanisms in countries that have isolated indigenous peoples as well as coordination mechanisms for their protection.
