The director of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, Sonia Castañeda, participated today in the Women’s Entrepreneurship Conference held in Madrid, an event where European policies to support entrepreneurship carried out by women were addressed, dealing with the existing opportunities in some of the fastest growing sectors.
In her speech, Sonia Castañeda highlighted the potential of the green economy , providing the experiences and results obtained by the various activities carried out by the Empleaverde Programme and the Ministry’s Emprendeverde Network .
The event, organized by the INCYDE Foundation, was also attended by various foreign institutions such as the Croatian Ministry of Entrepreneurship, the European Gender Institute and the Italian Ministry of Industry.
Likewise, the conference also shared experiences between various Spanish entrepreneurs and those from other European countries such as Iceland and Norway, and offered useful knowledge and tools for entrepreneurship such as technological vision, the internationalization of projects and emotional management.
