The Assembly Hall of the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid (CSIC) will host from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, the Permanent Forum on Sustainability organized by the Observatory of Sustainability in Spain (OSE) with the title “And now what? The future of building and construction. Reflections from sustainability”.
In this seventeenth session will take part: the architect, urban planner and member of the Association, Fernando Prats, the manager of the University of Alcalá de Henares, Julio Rodríguez, the executive vice president of SEOPAN, Julián Núñez Sánchez, the confederal secretary of Social Policies of CC.OO., Purificación García de la Rosa, and the general secretary of Housing, Javier Eugenio Ramos Guallart. The event will be presented by the Executive Director of the SBI, Luis Jiménez Herrero, and moderated by the SBI Advisor and former Director of the European Environment Agency, Domingo Jiménez-Beltrán.
The Permanent Forum on Sustainability, organised by the Sustainability Observatory in Spain (OSE), takes place on the third Thursday of each month, addressing in monographic sessions the main challenges of the future in terms of sustainability: energy, demand management, future scenarios, social models, reform programmes, eco-efficiency, eco-innovation, etc.
