The Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, with the collaboration of the Autonomous Agency for National Parks (OAPN) and the Spanish Network of Biosphere Reserves (RERB), is launching “Emprendeverde en Reservas de la Biosfera”, a cycle of actions to support the creation of new green enterprises in these territories. This training cycle of the Emprendeverde Network, co-financed by the European Social Fund, is aimed at people interested in increasing their entrepreneurial skills and taking advantage of all the opportunities for entrepreneurship offered by Biosphere Reserves. “Emprendeverde en Reservas de la Biosfera” consists of seven online training and advice actions aimed at entrepreneurs
who want to create a new venture that contributes to green recovery, the conservation of biodiversity, and to promote a fair ecological transition. Priority will be given to people who want to start a green business in towns located in Biosphere Reserves.
The seven actions are differentiated according to the level of maturity of the participating entrepreneurial projects or their proximity to the time of incorporation/creation of the company or registration of self-employed workers:
- Training itinerary Ideation “Entrepreneurship in Biosphere Reserves” aimed at people who want to start a green business in towns located in Biosphere Reserves and who need to generate or define a business idea. The itinerary consists of 15 hours of live webinars in the afternoon and 6 hours of networwing and will start at the end of January 2023.
- The Emprendeverde training itineraries service, which adapts to the needs of entrepreneurs and consists of webinars, training modules, networking sessions and an online learning management system for the development of entrepreneurial skills and to consolidate key theoretical and practical knowledge in the launch of socially and economically sustainable enterprises.
How to participate. Among the options offered in this service is the Ideation Itinerary, designed for those who are in a very early phase of entrepreneurship and need support to generate or define their business idea. There are two modalities of participation: live face-to-face in the morning, which consists of 15 hours of live webinars and 6 hours of networwing; and without schedules through self-guided modules in the virtual classroom, it is divided into 8 hours of virtual classroom and 6 hours of networking. How to participate. For people who already have a defined business idea, but need to mature and validate it before launching into the market, they can choose the Creation Itinerary, focused on testing and planning future ventures. It is a group without schedules through self-guided modules in a virtual classroom, consisting of 36 hours of virtual classroom and 6 hours of networking.
How to participate. Finally, for business ideas at a more advanced stage, there is the Alumni Itinerary, aimed exclusively at those who have previously participated in other entrepreneurship or business creation programs and need an action plan or final impulse to launch their business on the market. It consists of training without schedules through self-guided modules in a virtual classroom, it is divided into 12 hours of virtual classroom and 6 hours of networking. How to participate. The three modalities of these training itineraries will begin at the end of January 2023, and the registration period is open until January 22, 2023.
- The training service is #TuEmpresaVerde It is aimed at fairly mature ventures, close to the incorporation of a company or registration as a self-employed person. The training consists of 8 hours of live webinars in the afternoon and a networwing session, which will take place between March and April 2023. The registration period is open until March 1, 2023.
- The advisory service is #TuEmpresaVerde It is aimed at fairly mature ventures, close to the incorporation of a company or registration as a self-employed person. It consists of personalised advice on how to process the incorporation of green companies or register as self-employed in an optimal way, through a PAE Point (entrepreneur service point). Registrations for the advisory service will be available continuously until March 2023 and will be given individually within a few days of receiving each application for participation.
