Some of the main projects that are part of the Emprendeverde Network of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment have participated in the 8th emprendeverde meeting “Entrepreneurship in green from environmental education“, an event that combines networking and training, held within the framework of the 12th National Congress of the Environment (CONAMA).

The aim of this session was to publicise innovative experiences in the field of environmental education and stimulate entrepreneurship in this sector. To this end, the round table entitled “Entrepreneurship opportunities from environmental education” has been held. Entrepreneurs from the Network have participated in it, who have explained to the attendees their experiences in this field, sharing advice and lessons learned.

This was followed by a presentation in which various entrepreneurs (Corazón Verde, Demoexperiencia, Feitoria Verde, Calderona Viva and Plàncton) presented their innovative experiences in the field of environmental education. The format used for the presentations has been the innovative PechaKucha system, a presentation model that consists of 20 slides that have to be explained in 20 seconds each.
