The Emprendeverde Network of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment participates in the ‘Sustainable Brands’ meeting, which is being held in Barcelona, with a stand in which nine entrepreneurs from the Network will present their green business lines, which are committed to a new sustainable economy.
This meeting brings together nearly 350,000 business leaders and has become the largest event to discuss business and sustainability with the mission of inspiring, engaging and equipping innovative brands and companies. The event also allows companies, administrations, citizens and non-profit organisations to discuss sustainable innovation as a lever for growth and differentiation.
Sustainable Brands are present not only the best-known brands but also social entrepreneurs and suppliers, sustainability analysts, researchers, NGOs, investors, academics and government agencies, committed to building a more sustainable future.
At the same time, the ‘Sustainable Sunday’ event will be held, a day of leisure with workshops for all audiences and styles, which will show how to contribute to a more sustainable world. Entrepreneurs from the Emprendeverde Network will participate in this day and will show their products to the attendees. Thus, the company of green bicycle routes Vida Bike, the Fitomims initiative that makes natural and vegetable cosmetic products, or Bee Babies that is dedicated to the marketing of baby clothes with ecological materials, are some of the ideas that will be shown.

The Emprendeverde Network, co-financed by the European Social Fund and which currently has more than 7,000 members, is the first platform specialized in sustainable business aimed at entrepreneurs and investors. Its main objective is to help green entrepreneurs in the different stages of development of their business.
