The Empleaverde Programme of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment is the protagonist of a Public Information campaign launched by the European Commission and which seeks to bring citizens closer to the way in which the European institutions contribute to stimulating economic growth and job creation.
The campaign was launched on November 29 in 6 pilot countries, including Spain, and consists of 6 television spots and press ads. They show real examples where the EU helps to promote the development of the economy in the member countries. The tone of the campaign seeks closeness and a creative, fresh and casual touch.
The spot highlights the Empleaverde Program as a flagship project in this field of the European Union that is developed in our country. With a budget of 42 million euros, this program has promoted the creation of more than 2,600 green companies and has offered training in the field of sustainable economy to almost 60,000 employees.
The remaining spots explain how the EU promotes security and ease of online shopping across borders and how technology start-ups are supported. At the same time, the www.trabajandoparati.eu web platform will be maintained with information and a list of the more than 80 local programmes that receive support from the European Union.
