During the conference, which took place at the headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation in the capital of Seville, the importance of initiatives such as the Empleaverde Programme or the Emprendeverde Network, promoted by MAPAMA through the Biodiversity Foundation, co-financed by the European Social Fund, was highlighted, and which aim to promote employment and the creation and consolidation of companies or new lines of business in activities related to the environment.

The event has been organized through presentations, round tables and workshops in which participants have made their talent known and have been able to improve their skills in areas such as public presentation and personal branding.

Throughout the day, the Marathon has put participants in contact with companies from different economic activities linked to the environment in search of green talent. In addition, the participants have been in contact with entrepreneurs who have consolidated their green business initiative and with advisors and mentors who have advised and guided them, highlighting their entrepreneurial skills and locating the strengths of their professional profiles.
