It aims to support interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and/or cross-sectoral research and innovation projects that:
• Help to understand the trade-offs and linkages between the global crises of biodiversity loss, climate change and pollution.
• Identify, analyse and understand the transformation processes that can safeguard biodiversity by mitigating its threats and halting its decline, as well as the benefits it can bring to people.
