Law 9/2017, of November 9, on Public Sector Contracts, grants the Biodiversity Foundation, as a state public sector foundation, the status of contracting authority.

In compliance with the aforementioned Law, this section will include the history of tenders as of the date of entry into force of the aforementioned Law, in order to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to the contractual activity of the Biodiversity Foundation.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, in relation to minor contracting carried out since the last quarter of 2014 by the Biodiversity Foundation.
