The Emprendeverde Network (REV) celebrates 10 years of supporting entrepreneurs in the creation and consolidation of sustainable companies.
This initiative of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, is part of the projects of the Empleaverde Programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund. The main objective of this project is to support and accompany the green entrepreneurial sector in all phases of creating their business.
Since its inception on April 11, 2011, its purpose has been to promote green entrepreneurship in our country and to become a meeting place and point of reference for this ecosystem. Today it has established itself as the largest community in this field with more than 9,800 members interested in green recovery and biodiversity conservation through entrepreneurship projects.
The ReV offers free innovative tools and services to green entrepreneurs, including training and support actions, meetings between different types of enterprises, visibility and dissemination of their businesses and ideas and resources on green businesses.
So far, thanks to the Emprendeverde Network, more than 80 actions have been carried out in areas such as circular economy, demographic challenge or energy transition, in which more than 5,000 people have participated.
During these 10 years, the Network has trained more than 400 entrepreneurs who have participated in 15 training and support actions focused on different aspects such as sustainable tourism, repopulation in the rural world, climate change, prototyping, marketing and personal branding, communication and green purchasing or social entrepreneurship.
