1st Officer (temporary) for the Economic and Human Capital Area

Collaborate and support in the work and activities of the Human Capital Unit to facilitate and expedite the fulfillment of the objectives and functions of the position, especially projects financed with European Union Funds in the Operational Program 2021-2027 (ESF+, FEMPA, ERDF and LIFE).

  • Administrative tasks in relation to suppliers and companies providing social action services and benefits: requesting quotations, processing contracts and preparing reports within their scope of action.
  • Updating of personnel and scholarship files and records (contracts, registrations, cancellations, incidents, absences…) and transfer of information with the management.
    Welcoming and integration of new incorporations to the Foundation (labor personnel and scholarships).
  • Review and manage documentation and invoices for the area.
  • Support in the management of vacancy and scholarship calls: Reserving rooms, scheduling interviews and written tests, downloading and organizing documentation associated with calls for applications.
  • Management of absences and incidents in the ERP.
  • Support in the preparation of personnel expense reports: review of time sheets and verification of data with ERP incidences and timekeeping.
  • Management of the procedure for hiring and dismissal of labor personnel and interns.
    Management of personnel files and area documentation. Preparation of certificates.
  • Manage the area’s shipping and courier services, calls and general emails.
  • Support in the follow-up of the Training Plan: certificates and attendance control and training evaluation questionnaires, among others.
  • Support in health surveillance: management of annual medical check-ups.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Chief, Coordination, Sub-Directorate and Management.
  • University Degree (also former Bachelor’s Degrees and Diplomas).
  • People with a degree in Vocational Training of Intermediate or Higher Level in the area of Administration and/or Human Resources may also be selected.
  • At least one year’s experience in the tasks described above, acquired in areas or departments of Administration or Human Resources in the public sector.
  • Experience in contracting under the public procurement procedure.
  • At least four years of experience in third sector entities or in the public sector.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of First Officer.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 23.554,21 €.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Planned duration: until 12/31/2029
