1st (temporary) Administrative Officer for the Technology and Information Systems Area

Collaborate and support in the work and activities carried out by the Technology and Information Systems Area to facilitate and speed up the fulfilment of the objectives and functions of the position, within the framework of the European structural funds of the 2021-2027 operational programmes: European Social Fund (ESF+), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) as well as funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP), Next Generation EU.

  • Technical assistance: general network maintenance, resolution and management of incidents, monitoring.
  • Back-ups and their integrity check using Veeam Backup.
  • Support in the administration of Linux-based web servers.
  • Maintenance of computer equipment, printers, and other peripherals of the local network. Resolution of incidents.
  • Hardware/software analysis and diagnostics on computer equipment.
  • Active Directory Creation, Management, and Administration
  • Maintenance of fixed voice/ip/mobile telephony. Management and configuration of the switchboard.
  • Manage and configure virtual servers using VMware.
  • Website management. Content publishing.
  • Creation and development of WordPress environments.
  • Installation and maintenance of computer equipment software.
  • Control of audiovisual media at events.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, the Deputy Director and the Directorate.
  • Administration and management of Office 365 tools, SharePoint, Azure servers.
  • Administration of AGE tools: Affirmation holders, Geyser, public employee certificates, etc.
  • Production and streaming broadcasts.
  • Vocational Training Qualification and/or Professional Certification in the branches of Computer Science and Communications and Web Application Development.
  • Work experience of at least 1 year in performing tasks similar to those described above.
  • Experience in telephony support and unified communications.
  • ERP administration experience
  • Proven experience in handling streaming applications.
  • Knowledge in audiovisual resources (VMIX)
  • Knowledge in command line task automation.
  • Knowledge in computer repair and maintenance.
  • Experience of at least one year in or for the public sector
  • Advanced knowledge of office automation
  • Knowledge of the Fundanet tool
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of 1st Administrative Officer.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €24,141.92.
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: December 31, 2029
