Collaborate and support in the work and activities of the Unit to facilitate and expedite the fulfillment of the objectives and functions of the position, within the framework of the European structural funds of the operational programs 2021-2027 ESF+, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), FEMPA (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) and with NEXT GENERATION EU funds.

  • Administrative tasks in the Legal Advice and General Services Area.
  • Relationship with suppliers and service providers.
  • Manage the area’s shipping and courier services, calls and general emails.
  • Request for budgets, processing of contracts and drafting of minor contract files Control of expenditure and compliance with contracts.
  • Review and management of area bills.
  • Preparation of office automation documents (texts, spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
  • Management of the Area’s archives and documentation. Copy, scan and collate the documentation of the Area
  • Collaborate with the improvement of processes and organize the economic documentation of the projects in the area in general, taking into account the Legal Regulations and those of the FB.
  • Support in the organization of the headquarters.
  • Any other function entrusted, in collaboration with the different areas of the house.
  • Unified and Polyvalent Baccalaureate Degree (BUP) (also former Baccalaureate Degree). People with a Professional Training Degree in the area of Administration, Finance and/or Secretarial work may also be selected.
  • Minimum experience of two years in similar tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) at the user level.
  • Accreditation of experience of at least 5 years in administrative work.
  • Accreditation of 3 years of experience in the public sector.
  • Basic English level (receiving and taking note of a call). It will be possible to do a test.
  • Improvement of the requirements.
  • Experience in ERP.
  • Ability to organize, adapt and personal relationships.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with professional category of FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €24,866.77.
  • Expected duration: until December 2029.
