Carry out the evaluation, monitoring and settlement of circular economy projects financed
with the funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation EU.

  • Participate in the process of evaluating proposals submitted to calls for proposals, as well as tenders.
  • To accompany the beneficiary entities of subsidies and to carry out the technical and economic monitoring of the projects and the procedures for justification, settlement and payment.
  • Participate in the preparation of documents associated with calls for proposals for grants and contracts (tenders and other contracts).
  • To provide support in the publication and presentation of applications for calls for tenders and bids.
  • Produce technical reports and content for dissemination and communication.
  • To support the control and audit processes to which the activities
    carried out are subject.
  • Participate in the organization and attend meetings and events related to the area’s activity.
  • To elaborate and design action proposals for the fulfillment of the Area’s objectives and for the better performance of the tasks of execution, evaluation, follow-up and control of the projects.
  • Prepare documentation and information reports on projects and procurements (databases, indicators, reports, presentations, graphic material, notifications, etc.).
  • To monitor developments in regulations, strategies, plans, programs and projects related to the Area and its activities: identification of best practices and activities, preparation of speeches and presentations, participation in publications, etc.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Subdirection and/or Direction.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees).
  • Experience of at least 3 years in management of projects related to the environment, circular economy, or similar subject.
  • High level in the use of Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in circular economy projects.
  • Experience in the industrial field within the fields of waste management, textile industry or plastics industry.
  • Experience in R+D projects.
  • Specific training in circular economy, waste management, project management or General Law on Subsidies.
  • Experience in the public sector and/or in the management of public funds.
  • Experience in support tasks for technical teams and beneficiaries of aid.
  • Higher education in environmental or technical matters: environmental, industrial engineering or other similar matters.
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Immediate availability.
  • Availability to travel (must be expressly indicated in the CV).
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of FIRST TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 32,400.25
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: until completion of the RTRP-related work
