Carry out the evaluation and monitoring of projects subsidised with the funds of
the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation EU, allocated for this purpose.

  • Participate in the preparation of documents associated with calls for proposals for grants and contracts (tenders and other contracts).
  • Provide support in the publication and submission of requests for calls and
    tenders.
  • Participate in the process of evaluating proposals submitted to calls for tenders.
  • To accompany the beneficiary entities of subsidies and to carry out the technical and economic monitoring of the projects and the procedures for justification, settlement and payment. Produce technical reports and content for dissemination and communication.
  • To support the control and audit processes to which the activities
    carried out are subject.
  • Participate in the organization and attend meetings and events related to the activity carried out.
  • Prepare and design proposals for action to meet the objectives and for the best performance of the tasks of execution, evaluation, monitoring and control of the projects.
  • Prepare documentation and information reports on projects and procurements (databases, indicators, reports, presentations, graphic material, notifications, etc.).
  • Monitor developments in related regulations, strategies, plans, programmes and projects: identification of good practices and activities, preparation of speeches and presentations, participation in publications, etc.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Subdirection and/or Direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree (also former Diplomatura and Licenciatura).
  • Experience of at least 3 years in managing own projects or those of third parties related to the environment. Participation in the design, financing, execution, monitoring, evaluation, justification, settlement and reporting.
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • University degree (also former Diploma and Bachelor’s degree) in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Industrial Engineering, Forestry or other Earth Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Law, Economics, Politics or other similar degrees.
  • Experience of at least two years in the public sector.
  • Specific training in subjects related to the circular economy, eco-design, conservation and restoration of nature and/or the environment.
  • Experience in R+D projects
  • Specific training or experience of at least two years in the Law on Public Sector Contracts and the General Law on Subsidies.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Temporary contract (work or service) in accordance with current legislation, with a technical professional category.
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €30,245.98.
  • Maximum expected duration: 3 years.
  • Expected Joining Date: January 2023
