Call for 1 position of Administrative Officer (interim) for the area of Green Economy and Employment. Ref: PRO. OFI 5


Carry out the administrative tasks of the Green Economy and Employment Area. Among them, those related
to support in the management of calls for subsidies and own projects such as the Empleaverde Program
(co-financed by the European Social Fund) and the Spanish Business and
Biodiversity Initiative.

  • To execute the administrative tasks of the calls, tenders and projects, as well as the general tasks
    of the Area and those related to the reference funds.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Review and manage documentation and invoices File management and documentation.
  • Manage shipping and courier services, general calls and emails.
  • Manage the Area’s databases.
  • Support the Area’s hiring, request budgets, process contracting and/or
    prepare reports within its scope of action.
  • Manage travel related to the Area’s activities. Prepare associated expense sheets.
  • Prepare documentation required by the Area Coordination, Heads and Technicians.
  • Collaborate in the organization of events and support in their development. Reserve rooms and prepare them
    for meetings.
  • To prepare proposals for improvement and contribution to the better performance of
    the Area’s administrative tasks and those related to the reference funds.
  • Control and manage the documentation associated with the files. Download the documentation
    associated with calls.
  • Coding of file documentation in a database.
  • Copy, scan and collate documentation.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Areas, Coordination, Sub-Directorate and Management of the FB.
  • Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience of at least three years in administrative tasks similar to those described above.
  • Advanced knowledge of office automation.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Bachelor’s degree (also former Diplomatura and Licenciatura).
  • Experience in administrative support for the management of calls for public aid and subsidies.
  • Experience of at least two years in or for the public sector.

Temporary interim contract in accordance with current legislation. This contract may be co-financed by one or more European funds and obeys the obligation provided for in Regulation 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing common provisions on the ERDF, ESF, Cohesion Fund, EAFRD and EMFF and specifically article 117.3 Gross Annual Salary: €16,636.92 Expected duration: 6 months (replacement of temporary disability leave) Location of the position: Madrid.
