Administrative tasks for the management of calls for aid, tenders and projects of the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and funds of
the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan.

  • Execute the administrative tasks of the calls for proposals, tenders and projects, as well as the general tasks of the Area and those related to the reference funds.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Review and manage the Area’s documentation and invoices and those related to the referenced funds.
  • Management of the Area’s archive and documentation and those related to the reference collections
    .
  • Manage shipping and courier services, general Area calls and emails and those related to the referenced funds.
  • Manage the Area’s databases and those related to reference funds.
  • Support the Area’s hiring, request budgets, process contracting and/or
    prepare reports within its scope of action.
  • Manage travel related to the Area’s activities. Prepare associated expense
    sheets.
  • Prepare documentation required by the Area Coordination, Heads and Technicians.
  • Collaborate in the organization of events and support in their development. Reserve rooms and prepare them for meetings.
  • To prepare proposals for improvement and contribution to the better performance of
    the Area’s administrative tasks and those related to the reference funds.
  • Control and manage the documentation associated with the files. Download the
    documentation associated with calls.
  • Coding of file documentation in the corresponding databases.
  • Copy, scan and collate documentation from the Area and reference funds.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Subdirection and Direction.
  • Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience of at least two years in administrative tasks to support the management of
    calls for grants and subsidies.
  • A high level of knowledge of Microsoft’s Office suite.
  • University Degree (also former Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree) in
    Business Administration and Management, Economics and/or Business, Political and Administration Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in the public sector.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Temporary contract (work or service) in accordance with current legislation, with the professional category
    of Administrative Officer
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Gross annual salary: €16,636.92
  • Maximum expected duration: 3 years.
  • Expected Joining Date: February 2022
  • The award of the position is conditional on the definitive authorisation of temporary employment by the Ministry of Finance and the regulatory changes that occur in labour legislation.
