Call for 1 position of Legal Technician (temporary) in the Quality and Studies Area. FCH. TEC.11


Under the Coordinator of the area, it will carry out the work and activities
entrusted for the management of projects for calls for aid related to
European structural funds of the 2021-2027 ESF+ and European
Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and EMFF (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) operational programmes.

  • Support in the procedures related to the calls for aid: drafting of bases and
    calls, publication, preparation of documents for the Evaluation Committees

    , consultations and communications to the National Database of Subsidies (BDNS), review of administrative documentation of projects related to the
    FEMPA (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) and
    ESF+ (European Social Fund +) and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

  • Participate in the drafting of regulatory bases and calls, specifications, forms,
    models and procedures.
  • Publication in the BDNS of the documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Consultations in the BDNS of the data referring to applicants for calls for
    grants.
  • Resolution of doubts of the technical areas on grants and subsidies.
  • Participation and preparation of the preparation of administrative documents referring
    to the calls.
  • Evaluation of documentation of proposals submitted to calls for proposals.
  • Monitoring of the work of the Technical Assistance responsible for the review of
    administrative documentation of the grants.
  • Drafting guides, manuals, protocols or rules that depend on the area of a legal nature
    .
  • Analysis and implementation of trends and existing projects on matters
    related to environmental awareness.
  • Support in the implementation of the Sustainable and Socially
    Responsible Procurement Plan in the FB, especially in the environmental and social clauses of the
    FB’s purchasing and aid processes.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • University degree (also formerly Diploma and Bachelor’s degree) in the branch of Social and Legal Sciences (Law, Economics, Business, Political and Administration and others).
  • Experience in the performance of the aforementioned or similar of at least 1 year.
  • Postgraduate training in subjects related to the management of funds and public calls
  • Experience, of at least one year, in or for the public sector.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be carried out: Law on
    Subsidies, Law on Public Sector Contracts, among others.
  • Specific training or experience, of at least one year, in the field of
    gender equality.
  • English level B2 or equivalent.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with professional category Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €25,449.48
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
