Under the Coordination of the General Secretariat area, a legal technician position
is required for the execution and monitoring of subsidies and matters related
especially to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).

  • Support in the procedures related to calls for aid: drafting of orders of bases and calls, regulatory impact analysis report.
  • Participate in the drafting of forms and models.
  • Publications, queries and communications to the National Grants Database (BDNS).
  • Preparation of documents for the Evaluation Committees and administrative documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Review of administrative documentation of the applications.
  • Resolution of doubts of the technical areas in grants and subsidies.
  • Evaluation of documentation of proposals submitted to calls for proposals.
  • Follow-up of the work of the Technical Assistance responsible for the review of the administrative documentation of the grants.
  • Participation and follow-up of documents and aid reimbursement procedures.
  • Monitoring of developments in regulations, strategies, plans, programmes or projects related to the RTRP.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • University degree (also formerly a Bachelor’s degree) in Law, Business Administration or Political Science and Administration.
  • Experience, of at least 1 year, in the tasks described in the functions section.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in processing public
    aid and subsidies acquired in companies or public institutions and bodies.
  • Experience in the public sector.
  • Postgraduate training in subjects related to the management of foundations and public funds and calls, or administrative law.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be carried out: Recovery Plan, Subsidies Law, Foundation Law, Law 39 and 40/2015, among others.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with professional category 1st Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €30,690.77.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: 3 years.
