Administrative tasks for the management of calls for aid from the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and funds from the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan.

  • Verification of invoices, receipts and expense sheets, according to the rules.
  • Communication and follow-up of the incidences of invoices, receipts and expense sheets until they are corrected.
  • Preparation of scanned documentation (invoices, receipts, expense sheets, payrolls and payments) for certifications of the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan Funds and Next Generation EU Recovery Plan funds.
  • Respond to requests for documentation from audits and audits: IGAE, Court of Auditors and other private or public audits.
  • Respond to the circularisation of audits of suppliers and beneficiaries of aid
  • Relationship with suppliers and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the improvement of processes and organise the economic documentation of the projects and of the Unit in general, taking into account the Legal Regulations and those of the Biodiversity Foundation.
  • Review for signature by the Subdirectorate settlements of call projects
  • Support in the accounting record of all operations.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Headquarters, the Deputy Directorate and the Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree) in Business Administration and Management, Economics and/or Business, Political and Administration Sciences or equivalent.
  • Graduates of Higher Level Training Cycles in the branch of Administration and Management (Administration and Finance or similar) may also be selected.
  • Experience of at least two years in administrative tasks to support the management of projects and calls for grants and subsidies.
  • Specific training and/or experience of at least two years in accounting and taxes.
  • Experience of at least two years in or for the public sector
  • Advanced knowledge of office automation
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the Official professional category of 1st
  • Gross Annual Salary: €22,868.17
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Initially planned duration: three years.
