Under the Legal, Financial and Human Capital Sub-Directorate, it will carry out the
tasks of administration, monitoring, verification, analytical control and liquidation of direct
implementation projects and calls for aid from the National
Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and funds from the Next
Generation EU Recovery Plan

  • Organise and monitor economic and financial matters and the process of justification, settlement and payment of projects of direct implementation and calls for aid from the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and funds from the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan.
  • Prepare and review provisional and final reports on the settlement of projects of direct implementation and call for grants.
  • Administrative and financial management of projects.
  • Management and budgetary control of projects.
  • Budgetary management of the RTRP.
  • Preparation and review of the financial and analytical accounting of all operations linked to the RTRP projects in accordance with the General Accounting Plan of non-profit entities.
  • Treasury management and review of the PRTR treasury budget.
  • Review of eligibility for all project expenditures, including those of partners.
  • Preparation of the financial documentation justifying the projects.
  • Management of the entire external audit process of expenses. Preparation of documentation and allegations against the requests of the General Comptroller of the State Administration (IGAE), Court of Auditors (TC) and report to the Managing Authorities, certification and auditing.
  • Preparation of content for the Anti-Fraud Committee in the Management of European Funds
  • Supervise the follow-up of the technical and economic execution of the company’s own projects and those of calls for proposals. Controlling the execution of the technical assistance assigned to its subject. Prepare economic reports of projects. Compile indicators follow-up/execution/results of projects.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Deputy Directorate and the Directorate
  • University Degree (also former Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree) in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Economics and/or Business Sciences
    .
  • Experience of at least 3 years in accounting, economic-financial management of projects, subsidies and/or calls for aid in accordance with the General Accounting Plan of non-profit entities.
  • Experience of at least three years in or for the public sector, in foundations and in audit advocacy.
  • Postgraduate training in subjects related to the management of foundations and public funds and calls, and/or administrative law.
  • Specific training in Anti-Fraud plans for the management of Next Generation funds.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be carried out: Law on Foundations, among others.
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of Chief.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €39,279.93
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: 3 years.
