Carry out the evaluation, monitoring and liquidation of circular economy projects financed
with funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation EU

  • Support in the work of monitoring, justification and economic-financial settlement of the projects of calls for subsidies and projects of the Circular Economy Area.
  • Prepare and review interim and final reports on the liquidation of call projects, as well as possible reopenings.
  • Participate in the process of evaluating proposals submitted to calls for proposals, as well as tenders.
  • To train, accompany and assist the entities participating in the calls for proposals during the presentation, execution, justification and settlement of the projects.
  • Administrative and financial management of projects.
  • Review of the eligibility of the expenses attributed to the projects managed by the Area.
  • To check and control the correct application of the General Law on Subsidies and the Law on Public Sector Contracts.
  • To support the control and audit processes to which the activities
    carried out are subject.
  • Support in the preparation of economic manuals and guides for internal and external use.
  • Participate in the preparation of documents associated with calls for proposals for grants and contracts (tenders and other contracts).
  • Participate in the organization and attend meetings and events related to the area’s activity.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Heads, Coordination, Subdirection and Management.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees).
  • Experience of at least 3 years in economic and budgetary management of publicly funded projects.
  • High level in the use of Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience of at least 2 years in the public sector.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in the auditing sector.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in management of European funds.
  • Higher education in economics: business administration, accounting… etc.
  • Availability to travel (must be expressly indicated in the CV)
  • English medium proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of FIRST TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €32,400.25
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum planned duration: end 2028
