  • Lead the definition of the technological infrastructure required to meet the entity’s needs (systems strategy, platform, information equipment, communications, development tools, etc.).
  • To be responsible for the design, provision, implementation and development of the services of the Information Systems area in a coordinated and aligned manner with the rest of the areas of the foundation.

  • Plan, supervise and manage the acquisition and upgrade of computer systems, both hardware and software.

  • Advise and provide ongoing training and technical assistance to the FB areas and team on the systems.

  • Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or other degrees similar to any of the above.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as responsible for the implementation of technological infrastructures.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of Information Management Systems (consulting and/or in-house).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in functional analysis and/or in the analysis and improvement of business processes.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management / technology environments.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in team management.

CORE COMPETENCIES AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Professional experience in internal audit / systems auditing

  • Professional experience in obtaining National Security Scheme (ENS) certification or specific ENS training.
  • Professional experience in Specific knowledge and development experience with JavaScript, AJAX and Angular.
  • Experience in virtualized environments and cloud services (Vmware, Azure, Aws).
  • Experience in Web Content Management System (Drupal, WordPress)
  • Professional experience in implementing ERP migration processes.
