Legal technician of the Quality and Studies Area

Reporting to the Area Coordinator, he/she will carry out the work and activities entrusted for the management of projects for the call for aid related to European structural funds of the operational programs 2021-2027 ESF+ and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and FEMPA (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) and NEXT GENERATION EU funds.

  • Support in the procedures related to calls for applications for grants: drafting of terms and conditions, and
    calls for proposals, publication, preparation of documents for the Evaluation Committees, consultations and communications to the National Grants Database (BDNS), review of administrative documentation for projects related to the structural funds FEMPA (European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund), ESF+ (European Social Fund +), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).
  • Participate in the drafting of regulatory bases and calls for proposals, specifications, forms, models and procedures.
  • Publication in the BDNS of the documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Consultation in the BDNS of data referring to applicants for the calls for proposals for
    aids.
  • Resolution of doubts of the technical areas on grants and subsidies.
  • Participation and preparation of administrative documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Evaluation of documentation of proposals submitted to calls for proposals.
  • Follow-up of the work of the Technical Assistance responsible for the review of the administrative documentation of the grants.
  • Drafting of guides, manuals, protocols or rules that depend on the area of legal nature in relation to the subsidies that are the object of the contract.
  • Analysis and implementation of trends and existing projects from an integrated perspective
    legal perspective on matters related to environmental awareness.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-Directorate and/or Management in relation to the subsidies object of the contract.
  • University degree (also formerly Diploma and Bachelor’s degree) in the branch of Social and Legal Sciences (Law, Economics, Business, Political and Administration and others).
  • At least one year’s experience in the performance of the above or similar duties.
  • Postgraduate training in matters related to the management of funds and public calls for proposals.
  • At least one year of experience in or for the public sector.
  • Complementary training in matters related to the activities to be performed: Subsidies Law, Public Sector Contracts Law, among others.
  • Specific training or experience of at least one year in the field of gender equality.

  • English level B2 or equivalent.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds (Fifth Additional Provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with professional category Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 26.998,72 €.
  • Maximum expected duration: maximum until 12/31/2029
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
