Extended Term – Senior Programmer Analyst of the Technology and Information Systems Area

Collaborate and support in the work and activities carried out by the Technology and Information Systems Area to facilitate and speed up the fulfilment of the objectives and functions of the position, within the framework of the European structural funds of the 2021-2027 operational programmes: European Social Fund (ESF+), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) as well as funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP), Next Generation EU.

  • Analyze and understand organizational requirements related to corporate applications.
  • Coordinate with external teams the performance of tests, carry out and manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
  • Identify errors and propose solutions to ensure operational continuity and application security.
  • Estimation of efforts and deadlines, managing development projects using established methodologies and environments.
  • Report the status of projects and associated risks, applying standards and tools.
  • Document procedures, problems detected, and solutions implemented.
  • Deploying custom applications on SaaS infrastructure (Azure)
  • Minimum qualification required: Advanced Technician in Application Development
  • Work experience of at least three years in the development and implementation of custom applications including requirements gathering, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, testing, and documentation generation.
  • Work experience of at least three years in the integration of applications with SaaS platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Specific training or experience in application development and deployment on the Azure platform
  • Specific training, or experience in advanced programming in C#, Java and SQL in the development of back-office applications

Experience in the implementation of ERPs and CRMs or similar platforms.

  • Fixed-term temporary contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €41,467.82
  • Location of the position: headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: linked to the execution of the European programmes managed by the Biodiversity Foundation, which it has been implementing as an intermediate body since the year 2000
