OBJECTIVE
To improve the employability and professional skills in sustainability of workers in the coastal areas of Andalusia and Murcia.
DESCRIPTION
The objective of the programActuazul is the design and delivery of 4 courses. Participation in them will allow workers and companies themselves to improve and adapt their activity to the new demands of the blue economy, increasing their skills in terms of sustainable management. For the definition of the courses, the Training Strategy of the Life Intemares project has been taken as a basis.
- Waste management and its implication in fish quality. The objective of this action is to provide knowledge about waste management, quality systems applied to the fishing sector and conservation of the marine environment, with special emphasis on the marine Natura 2000 Network.
- Blue marketing: marketing strategies, short marketing circuits. Techniques and tools necessary to carry out effective communication and dissemination that reinforces the sustainability aspects associated with business activity, with special emphasis on all those products linked to the marine Natura 2000 network.
- Compatible economic activities in the marine Natura 2000 Network within the framework of the blue economy – marine tourism. This course addresses good practices in fishing-tourism, based on existing regulations on the regulation of fishing-tourism.
- Innovation and energy efficiency for a more sustainable fishing activity. Professionals from the sector will discuss general concepts of energy saving and legislation, new alternatives and the latest technologies in energy efficiency.
Once the training actions have been completed, actions will be carried out toRemote counseling with an estimated duration of 10 hours. These will be personalized for each course and will provide support in tasks such as the design of work plans, projects and administrative procedures.

AIMED AT
Workers. Priority will be given to women, young people up to 35 years of age, people over 45 years of age, immigrants, people with disabilities and residents of protected areas and/or rural areas.
