Empleaverde+ program
It is a project launched by the City Council of Alcalá de Guadaíra in conjunction with Aira Gestión Ambiental S.A. that will train unemployed people through formal learning and professional practice, allowing their employability while carrying out an activity of public utility in the environmental field.
The training is aimed at obtaining a certificate of professionalism, for training purposes for the implementation of actions to improve the environmental management system and territorial planning, developed within the framework of equal opportunities and the promotion of gender equality.

On the one hand, to improve the possibilities of labor insertion of 45 people through their training in occupations for the ecological transition, the improvement of territorial planning and environmental management, favoring the circular economy and the renaturalization of parks, gardens and the Ribera del Guadaíra. And on the other hand, it wants to promote the existence of professionals in our municipality in occupations for the ecological transition, which are increasingly in demand, giving a boost to environmental improvements in our town.
The aim is to improve the green environment of the municipality with a special intervention in the Riberas del Guadaíra Natural Monument and to promote and promote entrepreneurship and the generation of employment in emerging economic sectors and relevant to the ecological transition.
